The Grandaddy Mahi
So here's the plan for Sunday's fish: Lightly dust fish with seasoned flour and sear in mixute of olive oil and butter and top with Crab Imperial Sauce I'll post final recipe afterwards. No matter what I decide now, it will change as I prepare it.
